Absorption:
Hair is messy, the way it should be.
The sky is gray but a gaze will penetrate any cloud.
Lovers left behind- they cannot reach a moment of selfish absorption.
That is always good.
Communion is found in the abstract,
the stars are far beyond a cloudy day or city lights.
What would she do with a mountain, or open ocean?
I wonder, how would she get there?

Done, Kellie. Once again, thank you for the inspiration. The japanese fairy tale actually got me writing fiction again. Havent done anything like that in prolly 15 years. Never a ghost story lol. That was a ton of fun!
